Best Time to Visit Chardham Yatra 2018
Unlike the original Chardham Yatra that can be taken by the Pilgrims throughout the year, the Chota Chardham Yatra had a fixed visiting time. The Char Dhams of Uttarakhand are open for the devotees only for a certain period of time.
The holy Chardham shrines open somewhere in April-May and remain open till Oct-Nov every year. In short, 6-months tenure is kept for the devotees to make them feel blessed with the Darshans of the almighty. Best time to visit the Chardham holy shrines is between May-June and Sept-October.
